The lake of St Clément is located in the heart of the Bourbonnaise Mountain, place called “La Cartonnée” 03250 Le Mayet de Montagne.
New, since the 2020 season, change of owner at the lake of St Clément. The company Loisirs et Pleine Nature has taken over the site of the leisure centre as well as the bar -snack-restaurant
A superb place in the middle of a generous nature where a lake of about 27 hectares is hidden that offers luxurious fauna and flora. This one delights walkers, mountain bikers, hikers, fishermen and boating enthusiasts. It is possible to put boats in the water or to rent stand up Paddles, canoes and even pedal boats. New features also since the summer of 2020, pedal karts (adults and children) and electric-assisted mountain bikes. Every day of opening of the leisure centre, the bar-snack-restaurant provides simple catering, on site (or to take away) continuously from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The snack is open every evening in July and August (until 9:30 p.m. maximum) Hot, cold drinks, ice cream, waffles, fries, paninis, served at any time of the day. As well as the menu of the restaurant in continuous service.

Our activities
The Canoeing Activity:
Canoeing is a nautical activity that is practised on a lake or river. Alone or 2 we are like in a canoe, we let ourselves be lulled by the current, with the help of a paddle we can move, go. Perfect for water rides, … (the necessary equipment as well as life jackets will be provided on site)
Le Stand up Paddel :
The stand up Paddel is a nautical activity consisting of moving standing (or kneeling) on a board called “Longboard”, using a paddle, this means of locomotion on the water will allow you to discover landscapes from the lake, … a guaranteed escape, to be practised alone or in a group. (The equipment and life jackets will be provided to you on site)
Pedal boat :
We sit like on a bicycle, we head with the handlebars that act as a rudder. This bike is placed on two buoys that promote stability and we each move at his own speed… A real walk on the water, a unique experience and without forcing. True to itself, my mythical pedal boot allows you to make a “cruise” on the water body of Saint-Clément. Our superb mountain lake is a must-see destination in the Montagne Bourbonnaise In the middle of a rich vegetation, water activities, fauna and flora are mixed.
The pedalo is practised by a maximum of 5 people, which allows a family activity.
The pedalling kart:
The pedal kart is an all-terrain 4-wheeler. It allows you to cross paths, paths all along the shores of the lake. It is accessible to all (children’s kart, adult kart) to spend a pleasant time with friends or family, run or stroll, each his own style…
